Counter Chain is an indie band from Waxahachie, Texas that plays an odd mix of folk and punk. The rebels of the 60s played folk, and the rebels of the 70s played punk. Counter Chain lays foundation in these two great movements, but theres no shortage of other influences put together to give Counter Chain its unique sound. Counter Chain has many members who come and go and come back; a sort of ramshackle orchestra. We started playing in 2007.
